Timothy "Tim" Allen Burnett (Jan 28, 1955) of Louisville, CO, passed away suddenly Tuesday, July 23rd.
He graduated from Alameda High School and joined the Carpenters Union. He moved to Boulder and began a 30 year career with his company, Burnett Construction. He was a true craftsman and was known for his particular expertise in historic remodels.
He was an exceptional outdoors man - hiking, backpacking, hunting and rafting throughout Colorado and the west. His greatest passion was fly fishing. He was an avid reader, and was passionate about CU Buffs & Broncos football.
He is survived by his: Significant other, Michelle Mangham (Louisville); Stepson, David Mangham (Louisville); Mother, Kay Burnett (Highlands Ranch, CO); Brothers, Steve Burnett (Denver, CO); Jim (Kathy) Burnett, Overland Park, KS; John Burnett (Denver, CO); Andy (Candace) Burnett, Ft. Collins, CO; Bill (Christy) Burnett, Wilmington, NC; Nieces and Nephews, Sarah (Colin) Burnett, Matt Burnett, Kara Burnett, Kelly Burnett, Scott Burnett, Jessica Burnett and Angela Burnett.
Proceeded in death by his Father, Bill Burnett 2005.
A Celebration of his Life will be held this Saturday, August 3rd with the service starting promptly at 2:30 p.m. at Tim & Michelle's home at 274 S. Monroe Ct., Louisville, CO. 80027
Tim will be terribly missed and forever remembered.
