Lindsay Murdock of Boulder died September 24, 2015.
She was born January 5, 1926, in Geneva, Illinois, the daughter of Edith Hudson Ray and the Reverend George A. Ray. She married Fred Cunningham Murdock on December 16, 1946, in Menlo Park, California. They divorced.
Mrs. Murdock received her BA degree from Stanford University in 1947 and her MA Degree from the University of Denver in 1967. She was employed by the U.S. Department of Commerce in Boulder, first as a librarian and later as an editor, from 1967 to 1989 when she retired.
She is survived by two sons Keith Murdock (Donna Colville) of Boulder, Christopher Murdock (Glenda Wahl) of Windsor; two grandchildren Calvin Murdock and Cameron Ely-Murdock as well as two step-grandchildren Seth and Daniel Johan. She is also survived by one brother and two sisters.
A memorial service will be held at Saint Aidan’s Episcopal Church, 2425 Colorado Avenue, Boulder 80302 on Sunday, October 18, at 2:30 P.M.
