Donn Fox

Summit County lost a beloved father, grandfather, partner, and friend. Donn E. Fox passed quietly from this life at the age of 70 on June 1, 2013, surrounded by his loved ones. Donn served his country in Vietnam as US Army First Lieutenant, followed by 29 years in Federal Law Enforcement. He enjoyed an athletic lifestyle which included seven years as a Certified Ski Patrolman, fishing, golf, and horseback riding. He will be remembered for his forthright manner, generous laughter, dedication to friends and family, and commitment to those within his community. He is greatly missed. Donn is survived by his partner Nona and her children Chelsea and Conor; children Caroline and Christopher; and sisters Jane and Sue. A memorial service will be held at Dillon Community Church on August 3 at 11 a.m.
