Anne Miller Hasse was born in Chicago and raised seventeen miles west of the city. Soon after high school she headed west to attend the University of Colorado, returning to Illinois only for short visits. In 1970 she married Richard (Dick) Hasse and moved to Jamestown where she lived until her death. Dick preceded her in death.
During her life, Anne was employed as a social worker, paralegal and town clerk and finally found her niche as a Master Gardener. She died after a long struggle with leukemia. Anne is survived by cousins Tom Wisvader, Bill Wisvader and Marilyn Rees, and her dear
friend Tom Gibson.
A Celebration of Anne's Life / Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, March 24, 2018 at 10:00 AM at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 904 14th St., Boulder, CO 80302, followed by burial in the Jamestown Cemetery.
