Sincere condolence to the Livingston family. While words fail to capture the pain of losing your beloved Eleanor, you can look forward to the time when words will fail to capture the joy of having our Heavenly Father return your dear one soon—Psalm 146:4; John 5:28-29. In the meantime, may our Heavenly Father, and cherished memories strengthen you to cope at this time.
What a beautiful obituary for a beautiful soul. So many of the words chosen are the exact ones I have used to describe my dear friend Eleanor. I first met her as a freshman at CU in 1992. She was attending physics courses on the senior audit program. We became study partners and fast friends, enjoying many meals, plays, concerts, and classic movies together over the past 25 years. I moved away from Boulder a couple of years ago, and am so grateful to niece Laura for letting me know she was on hospice. I was able to get to Boulder several times to spend precious afternoons with her over the past few months. I cherish her memory and will miss her greatly. She was a bright star and left an indelible mark on my life. My sincere condolences are with her much-loved family and many friends.
